RFE on I140

Hello Everybody,

I got an RFE on my I140. And the RFE is on the company's ability to pay. Is there any hope that my 140 will be approved soon becaue I got an RFE?

My details:
Filed Concurrently
MD:06/02/03
ND 06/12/03
RFe on 07/21/03
RFE answered on 08/18/03
Ead: Not yet approved
AP: not yet approved.
 
No body can answer that , it may or may not.

Last few months BCIS actually approved I-140 cases after RFE, but not all of them. These RFE's were generated during the prelimimary examination of the I-140 petition before they make some decision on EAD/AP.

If you are lucky enough you get approved if BCIS satisfies with your RFE response.

Reading on this forum and speaking with my Lawyer, now a days
RFE is a Good Thing! It usually gets approved within couple of months!
 
RFE - sign of approval??

I got RFE last month for employment related, but got notice of denial this moth for education related.
RFE does not seem to be in my case a sign of approval, it gives a feeling of the file is being looked at atleast.

Please be more precise about your situation. Was your 140 denied? What are the reasons for the denial?
