We applied for replacement ( because we lost original I94).
We have applied I485 in March 2002.
Our H1/H4 will expire in Dec 2002.
We have done FP and fot AP/EAD
I have two question.
1) Do we need to extend our H1/H4
2) RFE is to submit copy of approval notice extending stay till 4/21/03. ( this is date on our AP).
I don't understand why they all this. just replace our lost I94.
