RFE on I-683. Any suggestions ?

All,

I received an RFE from VSC on my form I-683. It states that I have to conduct a chest x-ray and note the results in an enclosure.

I plan to do the chest X-Ray. But, should the doctor fill out another I-683 form or can he write a letter regarding the X-ray report.

Any help is appreciated.

the form I-693 is sealed envlope given by auth doctor. we can't open it .
INS doctors are instructed if skin test is positive and more than 4 mm then x-ray is required. if doc find anything sespecious which is very very rare case... and they would be recommending to go public heald dept for further test. don't worry most ppl from India/pak/bangal do have this issue... and its very common.

Will I get a copy of my medical results?

I have to complete my medical examination within next 2 weeks. Will I get the copy of the results or at least is civil surgeon going to show me what is going to be on that paper I have to send to USCIS? The reason why I am concerned is that my friend went through examination and later (after 2 months!!!) she got the note from USCIS saying that the results are not good because the doctor forgot to put a date on the one that was sent to USCIS in a sealed envelope. It is ridiculous, but it happens. I know there are 4 copies. Do I get the exact one that a doctor is going to give me in a sealed envelope?
