Hi all,
I have a situation here. My I-140 is approved and I-485 is pending over 500 days. My wife has her I-485 also pending along with mine. I couldn't apply for my son's I-485 due to retrogession.
My I changed my job on H1B transfer (along with 7th year extension) and got an email that my H1B is approved.
My wife and baby's application for extension - I539 seems to have got a RFE (just this Friday) and I haven't seen the exact text of the RFE yet.
My question is - is it possible that their I539 is denied although they have never been out of status and also applied for extension before the expiry of I-94.
RFE on I-539 : Is this very common? What are the odds of this not getting denied?
