RFE on I-485

I recently saw my LUD change that a RFE or information has been sent on July 5. My first question is who would get the RFE, is it me or my lawyer? My I485 has been pending for almost 3 yrs and done all 3 biometric. I'm worried sick what the rfe is about, I guess it's best to wait for the notice but curious, what's usually the rfe at this stage? thanks

rfe goes to your lawyer.

most likely it is about missing or incomplete documents

or verify employment
 
Finally got the RFE letter from my lawyer (actually he's no longer my lawyer since I'm no longer working with my original petitioning employer). NSC is requesting me to furnish them with a copy of my EAD from a particular time period (period specified was when I applied the EAD myself after resigning from my original petitioning employer). I'm a bit surprise they're asking me that since NSC was the one who issued my 4 EADs. Well, might as well send them a copy of my EADs. Anybody on a similar situation?

ix, did you file AC21 when you changed employers.

I have exactly the same RFE asking for status info , EAD/H1B and NSC issued the RFE and they issued the EAD'd as well :rolleyes:
