RFE on I-485, SUBMIT FORM I-797

[EB1-2007]

I got an RFE for my I-485. I interlinked this I-485 with my approved EB1.

I got an RFE saying request for additional evidence. But i have not recieved this yet in mail. More than 15 days since i got the email from USCIS.

When i called USCIS the automated voice message said that they send a form I-797 and should fill up and follow the instructions for request of additional evidence or information on the I-485.

What this could be? Have no clue.
mY attorney has not recieved this yet.

What this I-797 on the RFE of I-485?

Please provide some help on this......

I-797 is just the name of the notice that the RFE is written on. Your receipt notice is also an I-797 if you look closely - it's just the name of the form that USCIS uses to correspond with you. Relax.

eb1-2007 - did you get your rfe in hand? what was it about?
