RFE on I-485 - Pls Help

RFE on I-485 - Pls Help

:mad: An RFE has been raised on I-485 yesterday for the primary applicant and received an E-Mail from USCIS : :mad:

Not sure what the RFE is about ? Any idea guys ? :confused:

What documents do they need ? Typically what additional documents are they asking for these days ? Please let us know. :confused:

I can think of these things now - latest employer letter, latest paystubs, tax returns, birth certificate (& may be medical exam ?). Any other ?? :confused:

Details are as under :

An AC-21 case. 485 filed in Oct,02 and switched employers after 6 months. Never informed USCIS.

information in this case. The notice explains in detail what additional material

You have already made the best guess about the RFEs. I am kind in similar position, I am not really AC-21 as I left my sponsoring employer even before labor was approved.

The employer was ready to continue and attorney said there won't be any problem, I did my FP-2 on 9/15. I was thinking I might get an RFE because in my case USCIS already know that I am working for someone else than the sponsor as that information is filled in I-485. I have read some posts earlier that sometimes they send RFE to find if the applicant still intends to work for the original sponsor or they want to use AC-21 and if they want to work for the original sponsor are those guys still supporting him.

So, I don't think you have to worry about anything, the only thing is that it would have been nice to get the approval straight away but with this it adds to the delay.
 
Please let me know what the RFE is about. Don't panic. Just relax and wait until you receive your RFE. Do prepare to collect what you have in order to respond to your RFE. Good luck.
