I have changed jobs two times using AC21. First time I informed INS. Second time I did not as my new lawyer suggested not to.
Today I saw on the USCIS website that they have issued an RFE requesting more information on both mine and my wife's I-485. following is the message :
On March 31, 2005, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case. The notice explains in detail what additional material is needed. If you have questions about the notice, what is required, or if 14 days have passed and you have not received the notice, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283.
Could somebody help me with the following questions:
1. Can anybody tell me generally what kind of evidence they ask in the RFE?
2. How much time do I have to respond to RFE?
3. I read somewhere that USCIS is recently changing its policy on RFE. Now it seems that they will allot RFE response duration on a case by case basis. Does anybody have any Idea about this?
