My RD for I-140(PERM EB-2) is 11/30/05. I filed it in CSC and got transfered to TSC. I already have a I-485 filed with EB-3 in June 2005 through my previous company. I started working in current company before I filed I-485 with previous one. I never mentioned this to my current company and they filed stating that I never filed for I-485. We recently received a RFE from TSC that I-485 application was filed on my behalf and also specified the Alien Number. What should I do in this case? Simply reply that there was mistake in filing I-140. Anyone had same situation before?
