RFE on I-140

hello, All.

I have used sub labor.
There is an RFE saying.

proof of Relavant experience of 5 + years before the labor filed date.

After completion of my degree i have only 4 years till the priority date.

What are the chances of getting approved?

How do i proceed with this..

Your help is greatlyappreciated, Is any body having similar situation.

You may not be in a very good situation!!!

Not sure why did you use subsitute labor when the LC required 5+ years before the labor priority date and you had only only 4 yrs..
Iam afraid there is no easy way to get this out...But you may be in trouble....If I were you I would contact a very good attorney and proceed...May be they can carve out a niche and get you out of this unfortunate situation....
Others on this board may also be able to help with some good suggesstions..

Based on what you have said your chances are virtually zero. If you did not meet the requirements when the LC was filed, you cannot use the LC.
