RFE on I-140 (to submit original I 750 B)

Hello All,

I have received a RFE on my I-140 case, They have asked us to submit original 750 B form. Mine was a preapproved labor in Eb2 category.

How serious is this RFE ?
How long does take to change LUD once we reply the RFE.

It is normal to get such an RFE.
Time it takes would be 2 to 3 weeks from the date they receive the reply.
