RFE on H1B extension.

I got an email from USCIS-CSSO for I129...

It just says they want some further information .. I wonder what that can be?

Any one have had an RFE on H1b? Man I guess that indicates trouble in I140 too .....

I Think now it is common to get RFE in H1. Especially if you are doing premium process. I got RFE when I started premium processing march 2004. They asked for contract from the client for that duration 2 years or whatever, and the contract agreement between me and my employer. I got approval after the reply.

I did the regular processing --- I hope my RFE be on simple things!!!!

Does RFE necessitate that I should start using my EAD?
