Hello,
I have received a RFE on my h1 transfer, during h1 transfer preparations i had given the dates that i came in and went out of country for past 5 years.
taking that into consideration i would had got extra 5-6 months
I received an rfe stating to account for the time i was outside the country if greater then 1 year, as per rfe anytime which was spent on vacations or travel wont be included and the total time grant would be 1st time entry into US to the end of 6th year
I am under the impression that time spent out if not vacation(needs to be legaly defined) can be spared and i should be getting extra time on my h1
Can anyone pls help me how to reply technically and legally so that i can accrue/append this time on my h1.
