My employer said that there has been a RFE that says "Assesment Notice Sent to Employer for signature". What does this mean? Is this routine? Whats the usual delay on such RFEs? I believe this has been sent from the Colorado SWA since thats where my EB2 RIR case was sent last June. I was expecting the case to move to the DOL. Any insights will be appreciated.
