This is the part of the RFE that i recieved for my I 140 Petition
The other part is about the financials of the company that i work for (not really worried about this).
"Submit evidence that the beneficiary obtained the required X years experience in the Job Offered or in the related occupation before <Priority Date>. Evidence of experience must be in the form of letter(s_ from current or former employer(s) giving the name, address and title of the employer and a description of the experience of the beneficiary, including specific dates of the employment and specific duties."
(Q1). In addition to the 2Yrs of Experience that my lawyer is documenting, I have another 8 Months of Experience with the same Employer before my <Priority Date>. My Lawyer suggests not to include this experience.
Does any one know why we should not include the Experience with the same Employer? Particularly since the RFE mentions "Current Employer" also?
