RFE on Evidence of bachelors degree - Help Jaxen/Jim

I have got an RFE on my H1B (premiun processing). INS requires the evidence that the company sponsoring my H1 needs to provide them with evidence that the position is a speciality occupation and requires a baccalaureate degree in a specific field of study as a standard minimum requirement. To prove this they are asking the details of employees who are already with the company who satisy the above requirements.
Can anyone got a similar kind of query earlier and responded back.

Please advice how to address this issue.I am representing the case myself and do not have an attorney

I need urgent help on this as i am running out of my H1 visa.

I got the same last year.
My lawyer wrote that the position that I am in was filled by a person with BS before me and that job center had verified my qulifiation and the need of people in my position. Also he mentioned to contact himdirectly if there was any problem

Also: For my position there are many different requirements. You could have anyone of the qualifications listed. One of them was BS. This is mandated by the Federal, State and Local gov.. Gave them a copy of that list too. I am in health care..Hope this helps
