RFE on EAD

Recently I received RFE on EAD.

BCIS asking for evidence to establish that.
a) You have a residence abroad that you have no intention of abandoning;

b) You have at least one year of experience as a personal or domestic servant;

C) Your present employer/employee relationship has existed for at least one year prior to your employer's admission to US

OR
d) If your employer/employee relation ship has existed for less than one year, that your employer has regularly employed (either year-round or seasonally) personal or domestic servant over a period of several years preceding the employer's admission to US.



I don’t understand which documents BCIS asking for?

What was your answer for Question 16 regarding Eligibility Categories? What is category you have applied for GC? This query does not seem to be for employment based cases. If your case is employment based the office might have confused or It may be an error from BCIS.

Please let us know the details of your cases.
