RFE on EAD need help very urgent

Hi!
i got RFE on EAD regarding the passport pages and the photo identification.Did any body got query regarding the photo identification.My attorney suggested to send the driver's license.The problem is we stay in AL and we have the driver's license of this state,while filing the GC we gave the address of NJ.Will there be any problem if we send the driver's license of AL.
Please give ur suggestions.

I am assuming that your (future) job location is in the NJ area.
If so, then while filing for LC did your lawyer state "Will be relocating to the NJ area"? so as to ensure a bonfide LC petition?
If that is the case then you are fine as this is for a future job and you can living anywhere.
 
My lawyer suggested I could use either copy of my license or US visa copy. If you are sceptical about using the license ask the lawyer if you can use the visa copy instead.

As per my Lawyer my EAD was filed Sept209 2003. So far My check which I wrote for BCIS was not cleared from my bank account, Can please explain me , what could be reason,


UR suggestion are realy helpuful to me.

Perhaps your spellings on the check were wrong ..just kidding :-).
You might want to post this as a separate question and not on this thread.

dont worry. you can sent different state dl also. they need some form of photo identification. i sent my i485/ead/ap using different states driver licence when i was living in different state. i got my ead approved without any rfe. worst case they might send you rfe to question the address if they cant find anything wrong in your petitions. you can reply stating the reason that you just relocated or on temporary project etc and you will surely get approved.

propably they might check your address with the list of current and previous address you have mentioned to check whether you file ar-11 promptly particularly since 2001.
