RFE on EAD for photos. How to get interim EAD

My wife has filed I765 during Dec-20-2004. They issued RFE for photos during Jan-21. I yet to receive the RFE as it has gone to old address.

In the meanwhile i sent correct photos again on my own (without receiving RFE letter) a month ago.

PLEASE SUGGEST HOW TO GET INTERIM EAD? I HAVE INFO PASS APPOINTMENT AFTER THE 91st DAY.
