Hi,
my wife received an RFE on her EAD case requesting for evidence of eligibility - I-485 receipt, I-140 approval notice & marriage certificate. The instructions on the notice of action says, "RETURN THIS NOTICE ON TOP OF THE REQUESTED INFORMATION LISTED ON THE ATTACHMENT SHEET."
It seems like they need us to return the original notice itself along with the attachments. To be on the safe side, we intend to send the original notice itself. Anyone having the same question?
What do you guys do for responding on RFEs? Attach the original notice of action from INS, or just copy is enough? I guess it is not such a big deal after all, we have made a copy of the notice from INS.
