One of my friend has received an RFE on EAD/AP today through emails. Could anyone guess what the RFE might be all about?
His 140 has not yet been approved. There was an RFE on 140 on Educational Evaluation but it has been replied and waiting for response.
Please give your suggestions.
Who gets the RFE, does the beneficiary gets it or the employer gets it for EAD/AP. I know RFE on 140 goes to the employer.
