RFE on EAD & AP

We applied for AP & EAD on 2/4/04 @ VSC and on 6/1/04, online status shows a RFE is needed. Lawyer has not received the letters yet, but was wondering if anyone knew what would be the most common reason for VSC to issue an RFE for EAD and AP?

Hi
The common RFEs may be

1) color photographs of passport, driver's license
2) recent photos according to their specifications
3) marriage certificate (for spouse if dependent applicant)
4) if renewal EAd/AP then previous copies of EAD/AP
5) Biographic info forms, receipts of I-485, I-140 etc
