RFE on EAD, AP ? How long to clear this ?

I've got an e-mail from USCIS outlining that more evidence or documentation has been requested in order to continue EAD and AP processing. :-(

As soon as I submit the documentation back to then, how does it take to get a decision on this case ?

Who should receive the RFE letter ? Myself or lawyer ?

I can't wait to see what they are asking. Attorney submitted color photocopies of password, so let's see what NSC wants.

You should get a letter in postal mail in 3-4 days.
After you respond to the RFE it will a week or two for them to complete the process, after your evidence in received by uscis they will update your status to following.
"on **/**/**** we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 240 and 270 days for us to process this kind of case. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case."
