RFE on EAD and AP

Hi,
Here is my scenario.
I received an RFE today on my EAD and AP. ND : Aug 25 2004 VSC
I have no idea what it could be about. I have sent old style photos to my lawyer when i filed. He said we are okay till sep 1 .
Was any one in a similar situation? If so please advise.

Non-Concurrent:

I-485/EAD/AP:
ND : Aug 25 2004

I-140 - Approved
ND : Aug 04 2003
AD: July 02 2004

Don't worry. This should be regarding your photo only. I have heard few more getting the same. AP would be approved next day after the approval of EAD.
I had the similar RFE's for ID page.
