RFE on color photo - passport not avail

Got RFE on EAD/AP for color copy of photo ID, but I don't have my passport available
with me to make the copy, I'll get my passport back in about 3-4 weeks.
Will it be okay to send color copy of driver license and state ID instead?
Anyone replied such RFE without copy of passport ?
Also, my passport photo was taken 9 years ago, and it's black and white, even if I
color copy the passport, the photo will still be black and white.

copy of ID dosent mean copy of PP. u dont have copies of ur PP
or ur visa?

anyway, I believe u can send color copies of ur DL or state ID.
