RFE on both mine and spouse's I-485

I received an RFE today for both mine and my wife's I-485. I am not sure what it could be. Could it be the medicals or birth certificate issues? Since both of us got an RFE at the same time, could it be one of them?
I am also not working with the sponsoring employer and I had filed 2 new H1's after leaving the sponsoring employer. I am still on H1 status and so, it could be continued interest in hiring too.
Is it a good time to invoke AC21 and inform INS about it when I respond to the RFE?

Any advice/suggestions/help greatly appreciated

Stay Calm.........Relax......Wait for the RFE to reach you

Most probably it will be related to your Medical Documents....Something very basic is probably wrong / missing from you medical documents.

All you can do right now is relax and wait for the RFE.
 
Any idea how long it takes for the RFE to reach? And does it go to the lawyer or does it come to my home address?
