RFE on Birth Certificate

Here are my details.

RD 061002
ND 061202

RFE issued on 120303

RFE details : Employment letter and birth certificate.

I have submitted non availability certificate and affidavit from my parents for birth certificate with my 485 application.

Why are they asking for it again ? Did I miss something ?

How do I respond to this RFE.

Help please.

Same happened with me. I got affidavit from my parents and sumbmited again. Make sure that it has your birth place, date and time. Also should state your parents name clearly...

Check my reply under RFE tracker which basically says:
As far as BC goes uscis does not accept parents affadavits. The reason being the parents might have their personal interest in seeing you get GC.
So get affadavits from your Uncles/Aunts, cousins etc. Make sure they were not a minor when you were born.
Get it prepared in your native country, transalated and notarized. Since you probably will need some time to do all this I would advise you to get it faxed to yourself/lawyer, so that you can submit your RFE reply (Fax is acceptable) and get the originals by post.

FYI, not to submit affadavits from parents is as per lawyers advice. In my case, RFE was for BC for my minor. They did not accept the affadavit from me and my wife but needed somebody else to say that my son was born on the date xxxx . Strange it may seem but is true.
Check with your lawyer in case of doubts.
