Friggin' hell -- I got an RFE for employment letter and birth cert...the latter is the problem...I had already sent in the 2 affidavits alongwith an un-translated school certificate..but did not work apparently with these INS clerks (jerks)...
So what all do I need to get..can a matriculation translated certificate work, or do I have to get a certificate of non-availibility....the 2 affidavits were from my parents themselves..does that work
Second q, If I am on advance parole and abroad in Pakistan and my 485 gets approved..is there a problem getting back inside...
Third: What is the best way, if you get married after greed-card to get your wifey in here without waiting for friggin' 3 years...
