RFE on AP

I got an RFE on a self-filed AP. The RFE says

"You must submit documentary evidence of legal name change from AAAA BBBB CCCC - First Name ZZZZ - Last Name to AAAA - First Name BBBB CCCC - Middle Names ZZZZ - Last name. You may submit a marriage certificate or any other official civil document, such as a court decree, or a copy of your birth certificate that substantiates the name change"

This is my 3rd AP application and I never had an issue with my previous ones. My name is quite big and I put everything ( AAAA BBBB CCCC) other than my last name as my first name. I have a copy of my I-131 application that I filed showing the same. Not sure how they interpreted my middle name to be BBBB CCCC but I need to respond to this query. Since my attorney wants $500 to respond to this query, I thought I would do it myself.

Here are are few things I would like your opinion on:

1) If my AP is denial (after my response to the RFE), would it affect my pending I-485 in any way?

2) My response to the RFE is as shown below:

**************
Response to Request For Evidence (File Number: LINXXXXXXXX)

<date>

U.S Department of Homeland Security
P.O. Box 82521
Lincoln, NE – 68501 -2521

Case Type: I-131: Response to Request for Evidence

Applicant: AAAA BBBB CCCC ZZZZ
<Address>

To Whom It May Concern

Enclosed please find the following;

1) The “Request for Evidence” letter
2) Copy of filed I-131 Application Form
3) Copy of I-131 Receipt Notice
4) Copy of Passport showing my full name
5) Copies of previous I-131 approval notices

There has been no change in my first name, middle name(s) and last name. My first name is “AAAA BBBB CCCC” and my last name is “ZZZZ”. Provided are documents that confirm the same.

Thank you in advance for your assistance in this matter. Please do not hesitate to contact me if a question should arise.

Sincerely,

AAAA BBBB CCCC ZZZZ

Do you think my response would be sufficient for the RFE?

Any help is greatly appreciated !!
