RFE on AP????

My spouse's AP status shows online that RFE notice has been mailed. Has anyone of you got an RFE on AP, if so what are the probable reasons?
How much time does USCIS take to approve the AP after receiving the additional info from us? We are scheduled to travel in the 2nd week of Dec and are now wondering if we will get AP by then. Gurus respond, thanks!
 
RFE on AP

I received a RFE on AP, they were asking my photographs, it took 3 weeks for them to approve after they received my reply,
nothing to worry, if everything is alright in ur case, btw mine is a second AP

Have you receievd your wife's RFE notice on AP yet? I also have the same issue with my wife's AP - but have'nt received the notice yet - It was sent out as of October 14th. Please suggest.

If the RFE notice was sent out on Oct 14th and if you have not received it there is some problem. Since more than 14 days have passed, you should call up USCIS immediately and tell them. They will probably send it again.

FYI my wife's RFE notice came in on nov 4th (online mssg on oct 30th) for photos, we responded and AP got approved on Nov 8th. Now awaiting actual notice in mail.

My wife had an RFE on one of her APs. They wanted a copy of our marriage certificate. Apparently, they were too lazy to look at the one they already had on file.
