RFE on AP

Hi,
We got our EAD approvals 2 weeks ago. My self and my wife were waiting for out AP approvals.
I just saw an LUD change on our AP cases.
For one of the AP the message says
"On March 8, 2005, the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued."

For the second AP the message says
"On March 7, 2005, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case. The notice explains in detail what additional material is needed. If you have questions about the notice, what is required, or if 14 days have passed and you have not received the notice, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283."

We have never received the receipts of our 485/ap/ead applications. WE had requested for duplicates and even that we have not received.

So, I dont know which AP belongs to who. Looking at the WAC nos, looks like my AP is approved and my wife's AP has got an RFE.

Any ideas what kind of RFE this could be? Has any one on this forum received an RFE for AP?

One of my colleagues (filed in NSC, sub labor) got a RFE on AP recently and the documents that USCIS requested was a photo proof. It happened recently and they just updated the REF response on the website. The decision has not been made yet. Hope this helps...
