RFE on AP Question and Concern

I have transfered from company A to company B after A has applied for my LC (approved) and I-140 (approved) and I-485 (still waiting) in VSC. Company B has applied for my 2nd EAD and AP last April in TSC and EAD has already been approved since June. Last week, I received an RFE for my AP stating that I need to provide them a copy of my I-140 documents (approval notice or application receipt notice) because they don't have it on file (I realize of course because my I-140 was filed and approved in VSC). Now, the problem is company A has already given to the company B's lawyers all the documents related to my GC application and both LC and I-140 cannot be found.

Now my questions are :

1. is there a way to find the receipt number of my I-140 based from my I-485 and EAD details (since those are the only documents we all have) ?
2. if i won't reply the RFE, how will it affect my I-485 application ?
