RFE on AP (I-131). Please Help (urgent)

Hello Gurus/Everyone,

I have got RFE on AP(I-131). I don't understand what documents do I need to send them.

According to my RFE they are asking for a photocopy of (I-94) which may indicate the NSEERS registration with the (FIN). Also, photocopy of passport along with any pages that have departure and arrival stamps.

Here is my case history:

1) I entered in USA as a canadian citizen on TN permit in 2004. I have I-94 and Entry stamp on my canadian passport but there is no FIN#.

2) I also entered USA in 2002 and 2003 as a Permanent resident of canada with Pakistani passport. I have entry and exit stamp along with FIN# on my Passport for both visits and I-94 was taken back by Immigration officer at port of entry when I leave USA.

I really don't understand what documents I need to send them.

- According to first scenario I have proof of I-94 Form and Entry Stamp on my Passport but no FIN#.

- According to second scenario I have proof of Entry and Exit Stamp with FIN# on my Passport but there is I -94 form.

So, what do you think. what documents they actually required.

Any help will be really appreciating

To my knowledge, you only need to furnish the current I-94. Earlier I-94s were supposed to be submitted during depating the U.S.

When it comes to such things it is always better to send more rather than less. I would send the photocopy of the current I-94 and the page from the passport that has the entry/exit stamp and the Fin#. I wouls also send all other pages that have an entry/exit stamp. This should satisfy what they are looking for.
