Hi,
I have applied AP for my wife and son on March 10th and my wife AP was approved on April 8th and my son’s AP was not approved. I called IIO and asked about this case and she went thru the records and said I haven’t signed in my son’s application. But I referred in my copy of the application and I have signed. The on-line message says they send the RFE on April 17th. I have not received the letter so far.
My question is:
Can I go to the local INS office and get the AP for my son. Because I have confirmed the Air ticket on May 3rd.
Please help on this mater.
