Changed employer through AC21 , I had my i-140 approved by then and it had been more than 180 days of filing i-485, I got a RFE recently , it states the following:
1) Evidence to establish that my new employer has the ability to pay the proffered wages in accordance with Title 8, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 204.5 (g)(2) .Such evidence may include , but is not limited to copies of the latest annual report, Current US Federal Income Tax Return, IRS form 941 (For the past 4 quarters) , IRS Form w2 , showing annual salary paid to you. Audited current financial statements.
2) Employment letter

What surprises me is that I had submitted AC21 with the originally signed offer/employment letter with the original Letter head, and now they say it is with out a letter head.
I am able to get the financial reports as I work for a huge (public) company , W2 and tax return documents is no issue , I am not sure about the 941 and the audited Financial reports , I am not sure if that information is public in my company.
