RFE on 485 - who gets them?

I am in petitioning my parents and have filed 130 and 485. Got 130 approved but just received an email from CRIS for RFE on 485.

Does the actual RFE get mailed out to both the petitioner (me) and beneficiary (parents)? Or just to the person applying 485 and/or preparing 485 (e.g. lawyer or petitioner)?

It gets sent to who ever files for immigration benefits without studying this forum for a bit. :D
