RFE on 485, 140 not approved yet

Hi All,
received an email from uscis regarding RFE on my 485. I didn't receive the letter yet. My 140 is not approved yet, and now i have this RFE on 485. Is this strange that they didn't approve 140 yet but are processing 485? Are anyone in same boat as me. Did any get their 485 approved without their 140 being approved??

Priority Date,
Receipt Date, etc...

after that we can prepare a suitable reply..

I have the same experience that I got RFE on 485 with 140 no changes.

But actually my 140 is approved at that moment.

Be easy. If your 140 LUD is changed, I am 100% sure what I guess
 
Here are my details. Thanks for the replies guys. I am really tensed about the RFE. Not sure what it is about. Please help.

PD : it should be on your I-140 receipt or you can find it on your Labor Certificate look for column LO:

there are many factors based on wich USCIS issue an RFE

Here is my guess:

1) EVL (Employment Verification Letter)
2) Education
3) Tax return

do not worry collect all documents and reply you shold be getting approval very soon
