RFE on 2nd EAD

Hi Gurus
We have got an RFE for 2nd EAD for my wife asking us why we applied so early.
First EAD oct24 2002
recd First EAD April 2003 expires April2004

2nd EAD applied Nov13 2003.

They have taken 6months to approve the first one so is it not natural to assume they may take another six to approve this one. So why these morons have to send an RFE wasting their resources.
Anybody with similar experience. Whats was your response in this case?

Classic example to show BCIS is spiralling down to a point of no return.

We had the same ND and got approved with no queries. As always, these morans have no consistant policies layed down. Obviously you can cite the delay in processing as the reason for an early renewal in your response.

Yes, pLz do so.

U know I applied for my 3rd EAD this week...my old one expires in the end of July, 2004. We have to be cautious coz' the BCIS takes 6 months to process EAD cards. So what do we do? We need to apply ahead of time. Idiotic BCIS

Attach the following URL from INS web-site, it says to apply renewal 6 months in advance.

Renewal EAD: You should apply for a renewal EAD six months before your original EAD expires.

INS is the stupidest organization I have seen in world.
