Notice Date 03/31/2004
Its EB3 Labor Substitution
Today I got email from USCIS saying RFE is issued. Is it good/bad?

Anyboby got RFE's on recent I-140 filings? Mine filed on 3/31/2004 (no typo) and got RFE. Not sure what it is
