RFE Officer # 256

Guys, Any of you who got RFE from #256 are approved lately. He is too slow it seems, where as Officer # 255 is very good and fast, atleast on RFE's

RD: 10/01/2001
ND:11/07/2001
FP: 03/12/2003
RFE : 01/29/2004
RFE Ack TSC : 02/26/2004
AD : ?????????????

Please share your feelings and experiences guys.

srvimmi - I got RFE from # 256 the same day as yours. My case got approved on 03/26/2004 (a week before my FP expired).

Bajis, I noticed that in the Spread Sheet. Congradulations !!!! Enjoy your freedom. Not sure EB-2 made a difference. Mine EB-3. After yours #256 didn't approve any other case.Over all #256 is going very slow. Hope something changes his mind before our FP's expire.

I am here too.
Finally my RFE response acknowledged 4/12/04
After almost 80 days my company attorneys responded to the RFE.
Now you guys are saying that 256 works slow.
Hope the approval comes tommorow.
