RFE Of I-485 for Help-form I-797

My wife (I am a principal alien petitiongot RFE of her I-485 application)in which It says
A. Submit a copy of the principal alien\'s petition aprroval notic
(Form I-797) to establis that an employment based petition has been approval in his/her behalf. Employment based petitions include immigrant petition for alient worker(form I_140) and Special Immigrant (Form I-360).

Can any tell my what I-797 is? I only have I-140 approval notice on
me and don\'t have any other forms.

Form I-797 means Notice of Action, I think your latest H1B approval notice.

Can you post your ND and when you RFE( physical in mail to your lawyer ) and when what date RFE issued ( i mean on phone )
