After wating almost 8 months for my wifes AP, Y'day i got letter with RFE. Its for I-140. Applied AP April 2003. This 2nd AP.

still Online Status not changed. Its still saying that 150-180 days message.

Hi,
Any one tell me, Do need to send the Original of RFE or Copy of RFE with all the documents what they asked. Because, my Lawyer didnt received any RFE notice.

You could send the original RFE letter and..

do not forget to send the orange color cover sheet which will have the info about the officer who is working on that case.

GOT RFE For Ap

Both me and wife got RFE for AP yesterday after 7 months. Our ND for AP is April 30,2003. INS want our I 140 /I 485 info.
