RFE of 485 - Please Help

Gurus,

I got an RFE on my 485. My Attorney has yet to give me details but he told me that they are asking for EVL, Salary Information and Pay Stubs. I did search in this form for Sample EVL and got one. I am looking forward for an advise on following

1. Pay Stubs - From last two - three months, I have to put crazy hours at work and my pay stub is showing an O/T(Overtime) of 90 hours per pay cycle (15 days) period. Will that be an issue. If yes, how can I mitigate the risk associated with it.

2. Mine case is a labor substitute. I will appreciate if you can provide me information on what all things I should be particular in my EVL. In other words what must be and what should not be mentioned in EVL.

My RFE is with my attorney and I am still waiting for a fax or email from him. I will post my EVL letter so that others can refer it. In the mean time can someone answer my question on 'Pay Stubs'. I am restating my question once again

The overtime is accumulation of past 6 months but my company has a policy to reimburse it when the get approval and payment on O/T from client.

I am really worried on the paystub issues so please help me.
