Guys,
Is this normal?My friend has been issued an RFE for an RFE?The first RFE was for EVL/Pay stubs.
Have ever heard of this?Sounds scary to me..Why would the ins do this?Never seen 1 such case in this entire board!
Do any of you know the reason why they do this and what would be the outcome??

Scary as it sounds I read on murthy.com

that replying to an rfe does not automatically mean aproval, sometime the rfe reply may not be good enough for the officer, at other times he sees some other issue that needs more clarification, although at most times the INS consolidates all issues and sends an rfe.
 
I believe this is not the first time a second RFE is issued. I remember reading about a second RFE on these boards some six months or so ago.
BTW whats the second RFE for, please post details if you know.
 
I do not know the details of the second RFE,will post it If I get to know of it.BTW the first seems to have been for EVL/pay stubs,cant guess how an EVL / pay stub prompted a second RFE?!
