RFE Notice

How long it takes to receive notice form INS. they issued RFE on APR 17, my lawyer has not received yet.
Is it generally happens?

Even I was issued RFE on Apr17, and my lawyer has not receied the letter. Please inform me when you receive it through this thread, and I will do the same

Same day I got the RFE on AP. I haven't received.....

Your lawyer should have received by today. But since 18th was a closed holiday, if the mail did not go out on 17th, then it would have left on 21st. So your lawyer will receive by this Friday or net Monday. Everything will be OK, in the meantime, get your paystubs, Tax retuns, W2 ready and also employment letter ready.

My RFE

I received RFE just for the employment letter

I receive my RFE just in 3 days. Usually it will take atleast 5 business days to reach. Sometimes it could be longer. Try calling them if you don't receive it by Next Wednesday.

RFE is a good sign. Hope your card will be approved soon.
