I got REF notice today. the detail as:
wac-02-040-5xxxx
RD 10/12/01
ND 11/15/01
FP 01/30/02 received
location: Los Angeles
online showing this notice mailed out in Nov.20, 2002 as same as the date in the notice. however the stamp is Nov. 22.
RFE includes
1. employment letter
2. last four most recent check stubs
3. last 3 years w-2 and last 3 years income tax forms
4. evidence of your continued work as an outstanding researcher (i.e. recent patents, buplications, lectures, reviews, confirmation letters, etc.)
note: my case is EB1
However, online shows the same message (RFE notice mailed on Nov. 20) for my wife and my son who is more than 14y. the case status for my little boy is unchanged. my wife and my son have not received the notices because of mailing address problem. I do not know it takes how long they will get the notice.
My question is why a RFE notice is mailed to my family member. If employment verification is need, the same notice will be mailed to the the family member? if you have a similar experience, or any suggestion, please post here. Thanks.
