RFE notice

An RFE for my I485 was sent on Aug15 and I have not got any notice about what the RFE is about. Did any body had to go through this sort of situation?
 
Thanks for that. I did contact the lawyer and they have been calling BCIS since Oct04 and had to wait till Nov04 and may be till Dec04. No clue of whats happening.

Don't waste any time or way to get the RFE and reply at the earliest. Reason is normally USCIS will give only 12 weeks to reply. I understand in the RFE they mention that, if they don't get the response within 12 weeks they would consider your case is abondoned and a possible denial.
I'm not trying to scare you.
Try sending letters or fax to them or a supervisor, instead of just talking to the rep in NSC 800 number. May be your attorney or you could go to the nearby center, meet a officer to get the details and resolve it.

i will post here if i get the notice. I dodnot know yet know what the rfe is about. I donot know if that is what you are asking!!

"Thanks rejected. My attorney has sent a letter. It is really scary and uncommon situation."

guys, this is more interesting. My attoney's office called 1800 and i recieved a letter saying that they recieved a call reg I765 where as it was already approved. The point is how reckless the law office is in in dealing with the situation!! They were equally reckless in upadating my address when they moved office to a diff location!!

It was the same episode for 140. I recd 140 RFE after 2.5 months from the date it was issued!!
