I need help from you guys... RFE notice was issued to my wife and it went to my previous lawyers office. So it went back to VSC again on Feb 12. This notice was issued on Jan 26. My new laywer has refiled G28 and personally called in to change his address. My self has also faxed letter to VSC to re-send the notice. I think we need to reply within 12 weeks to the RFE . It is almost 6 weeks. My lawer sucks. I ask him to be little aggresive and followup with VSC but he is lazy or I dont know.
So what are the options with me. I am trying to call everyday to that sucky 1-800 number , and they are not able to have another referall in one month , I have to wait for 30 days from first referall/enquiry.
How should I get the RFE notice? Please let me know. I am under tremendous tension.
