vidongre, thanks for your reply. I never knew you can talk to Tier2 people. Just called them. A nice lady came on the line. Told her that the attorney never received the RFE notice. She was reading the screen which said RFE response received...I again told her that we never responded because we never received any notice in the first place. Then she trasferred me to Tier2. I am not sure if he was in VSC, coz he asked me from which state I am calling from. Gave him my EAC #. After a long hold, he asked me my fullname, address, telephone # etc and said I will hear from them in the next 30 to 45 days.
Is this a normal answer when some calls and ask them to reissue the notice when it was lost in the mail or something...
