RFE Notice arrival time

How long does it normally take to receive RFE letter once its mailed. My RFE was mailed on 17th October.
 
Please let me know when you get your RFE. I have RFE mailed at same day Oct17. Not yet received
 
It took about 11 days in my case.

I was quite anxious to know what it was about till I received it. It was employment based RFE. wanted emp. letter + pay stubs.
